1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Field Panel application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. This App is strictly for the internal use of authorized field staff and employees of AV Telecom Pvt Ltd ("Company"). If you are not an authorized employee or do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the App.

2. Account Provisioning and Access

• No Public Registration: Accounts cannot be created by users. All accounts are exclusively provisioned by the Company's Administration.
• Initial Login & Security Setup: Upon receiving your administrative credentials, you must log in and immediately change your temporary password. Following this, you are required to set up a personal 4-digit PIN for device security.
• Confidentiality: You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and PIN. Sharing your credentials with anyone, including other employees, is prohibited.

3. Application Security & Rate Limiting

To protect Company data, the App enforces strict security measures:

• Session Lock: Whenever your device screen turns off, the App will lock. You must enter your 4-digit PIN to regain access.
• Failed Attempt Lockouts: For both the main login and the PIN entry screens, the system limits failed attempts.
  • After 5 consecutive failed attempts, your access will be temporarily locked for 5 minutes.
  • Subsequent batches of 5 failed attempts will result in escalating cooldown periods (e.g., a 10-minute wait).

4. Acceptable Use and Responsibilities

• Task Management: The App is designed to track KPIs (Planned, WIP, Issue, Completed). You are required to update your tasks accurately and in real-time.
• Expense Logging: If designated as a Team Leader (TL) for a specific task, you may log expenses. You must ensure that all uploaded images of bills, receipts, and related details are accurate and legible. Fraudulent expense reporting is grounds for disciplinary action.
• Profile Updates: Requests to update personal or bank account information through the App are subject to verification. Changes will only take effect once explicitly approved by your Reporting Manager or an Administrator.

5. Termination of Access

Your access to the App is tied directly to your employment or contract with AV Telecom Pvt Ltd. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, upon termination of employment or suspected violation of these Terms.
